CFB Legends Program

The CFB Legends Program is the premier seniors fitness program in Bowmanville! We are looking for 12 men and women age 60+ for our next session. If you are ready to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, energy and stamina this program is for you!

Is it safe to working out if I'm 60 and older?
Absolutely it is, baring any restrictions from your dr. Exercise is super important as we age to help us to continue to manage the physical challenges of life.
 I've never worked out, is this still for me?
Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each person. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you're in your fitness journey.
 I have physical limitation, is that ok?
We are able to work around and accommodate all situations and help you to achieve your best level of fitness.
 How long does the program run?
The program runs for  6 weeks. No need to worry about what to do after, as we have the next program ready to go.
This program will keep your fitness moving forward and you will feel years younger.
When are classes held?
Monday, Wednesday
What is the group size?
We want you to get amazing coaching so we limit our class size to 12 participants. We want to make sure you are moving properly and getting the attention you need.

What does a typical class look like?
During a typical session we are going to do some fun and effective warmups to get you ready for your exercises, then we will do exercises that will focuses on getting you stronger and improving your cardiovascular health. After that we will do some cool down stretching.

Who will be in my classes?
You will be with your peers. Members of our community, who are 60+ and want to focus on improving how they feel and move.
Will you be our next success story?
Classes are Monday and Wednesday 10:45am - 11:45am
Program runs April 3rd through May 13th
Cost: $189 plus hst
