Physical Benefits

Obstacles, agility work, ninja elements, and gymnastics make fitness fun while helping kids build strength, balance, and coordination. Each class challenges them to move in new ways and develop functional strength that carries into everyday life and other sports.

Along the way, they discover that being active is exciting. They learn to trust their bodies, make smart choices in real time, and understand how to move safely while still taking risks and testing their limits.

Our ninjas learn control, resilience, and confidence through movement. They see that growth comes from challenge and that being active feels good, both in body and mind.

Building confidence in their abilities has powerful benefits for kids — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our program isn’t just about getting stronger or faster (though that definitely happens); it’s about helping kids develop life skills that reach far beyond the course.

For many of our ninjas, this becomes the positive place to move — a space where active bodies and curious minds can channel energy into growth. As they tackle new obstacles, they learn to command their bodies, build coordination, and develop self-discipline through movement.

But the real magic happens on the inside. Every climb, jump, and fall is a chance to build resilience, patience, and confidence. Obstacles aren’t just physical — they’re mental. Kids learn how to fall and get back up, manage frustration, handle disappointment, and keep pushing toward a bigger goal.

The mindset they build here — perseverance, self-belief, and a “try again” attitude — sticks with them far beyond the gym.

A Typical Class

At Project Ninja, we don’t waste time standing around — we dive right in. From the moment class starts, kids are on the course, moving, climbing, jumping, and learning by doing.

​

We believe the best way to learn is through experience — so our ninjas develop coordination, confidence, and body awareness as they go.

 

Our coaches guide and encourage them in real time, helping each child level up their skills, tackle new challenges, and celebrate every win along the way.

 

From first-timers to seasoned little ninjas, everyone learns to think fast, move smart, and trust themselves — all while having a blast on obstacles like rope climbs, rings, floating steps, warped walls, and more.

Age Based Classes

The Parkour Ninjas Kids classes have 2 age groups. Our littlest ninjas class is for ages 3-5 and our second group is ages 6+.

​

ADVANCED - Precision Parkour

​Before joining this Precision Parkour class, participants must exhibit confidence in basic skills such as rope swings, ring crossings, and conquering small warp walls.  The age group for this class is typically 6-12.

​​

If your child is new to our parkour classes, please enroll them in a drop-in session for an evaluation in one of our age appropriate Train Like A Ninja Warrior introductory classes. This will give us the opportunity to assess their readiness before advancing to our Precision Parkour Program.

Precision Parkour - (assessment required before enrollment)
