Obstacles, agility work, ninja-inspired movement, and foundational gymnastics-style skills make fitness fun while helping kids build strength, balance, and coordination. Each class encourages children to move in new ways and develop functional strength that carries into everyday life and other sports.
Along the way, they discover that being active is exciting. They learn to trust their bodies, make smart movement choices, and understand how to move with control and awareness in a structured, supervised environment.
Our kids develop control, resilience, and confidence through movement. They learn that growth comes from appropriate challenge, and that being active feels good — both physically and mentally.

A Typical Class
At Project Ninja, classes are designed to keep kids engaged and moving from start to finish. From the moment class begins, children are guided through structured stations that encourage climbing, balancing, stepping, swinging, and full-body movement.
We believe the best learning happens through hands-on experience. As kids move through the class, they naturally develop coordination, confidence, and body awareness in a supportive, coach-led environment.
Our coaches provide real-time instruction and encouragement, helping each child progress at their own pace, learn new skills, and celebrate small wins along the way.
From first-timers to more experienced participants, every child learns to move with intention, problem-solve through movement, and build confidence — all while enjoying obstacle-inspired activities such as rope work, rings, balance steps, and climbing elements designed specifically for youth use.

Age Based Classes
The Parkour Ninjas Kids classes have 2 age groups. Our littlest ninjas class is for ages 3-5 and our second group is ages 6+.

ADVANCED: Precision Strength, Balance & Coordination
This class is designed for children who already demonstrate confidence with foundational movement skills and are ready for more continuous, skill-focused activity.
Participants should be comfortable with basic obstacle elements such as rope work, ring traverses, balance challenges, and low climbing structures. This allows the class to move at a steady pace with minimal waiting, keeping kids engaged and active throughout the session.
Typical ages for this class range from 6–12, though placement is based on ability rather than age alone.
Children new to our program should begin with a drop-in session or an introductory class so our coaches can assess readiness and ensure appropriate placement. This helps maintain a positive, safe, and productive experience for all participants.
