Ninja-Inspired Strength Training

This program helps kids build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate strength and movement training.

Designed for children ages 6–12, this 45-minute class blends basic strength work, agility drills, and obstacle-style movement in a structured, coach-led environment.

The focus is on learning how to move well, build foundational strength, and enjoy being active!
 

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:15–5:00 PM
📍 Inside CrossFit Bowmanville

Kids rotate through multiple
movement and strength stations, working in small groups. Each section focuses on a different skills, incorporating obstacles, strength, agility, plyometrics and more, keeping kids engaged and moving throughout the class.

In the final portion of class, stations are combined into a fun, continuous movement course that allows kids to apply what they’ve practiced — building confidence, coordination, and endurance in a supportive setting.


With a fun multi-circuit format, the action never stops — keeping kids moving, challenged, and engaged.
