With over 15 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, I specialize in helping real people—like you—build simple, sustainable habits that lead to lasting change.

I’m a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach, and have studied hormonal health, menopause, and women-specific nutrition in depth.

 

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

For those ready to go all in with high-touch support and weekly face-to-face coaching.

 

All memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment to help build a strong foundation. After that, continue month-to-month as needed.
