We focus on building foundational strength and explosive power specific to baseball athletes.

Lower-body strength for faster sprints, explosive base running and powerful throws.

Core and rotational strength for harder swings, faster bat speed, and stronger throws.

Upper-body power to increase throwing velocity, bat control and hitting distance.

Bilateral and unilateral work to correct imbalances and improve movement efficiency

Develop a quicker first step, faster reaction time and more explosive movements on the field.

Sprint mechanics & resisted starts (bands, sleds, etc.) to improve base running speed.

Ladder and cone drills to sharpen foot work, agility and reaction times.

Train in a baseball focused group setting. Each session is 60 minutes in length.​
Every session is tailored to your athlete’s unique goals, strengths, and skill level to ensure maximum progress and confidence.

Training Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30pm
Cost: (6 Weeks - 2xweek) - $297 plus hst
or choose 1 Day per week - $149 plus hst
Ages: 12+
Continuation: This program will run back to back 6 week blocks until the spring.
