Introducing Ninja Strength Training 

We are going to level up your child's fintess and resilience in a fun and challenging way!
 
It’s time to
LEVEL UP!

This 45-minute strength + agility class is designed for kids ages 6–12 who want to improve their strength, conditioning, resilience and confidence.

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:15–5:00 PM
📍 Inside CrossFit Bowmanville

After a quick warm-up, kids dive into strength and conditioning circuits:

⚡ Rope climbs

⚡ Carrying & moving medicine balls
⚡ Pushing weighted sleds
⚡ Flipping tires
⚡ Agility drills to boost balance, coordination & speed
⚡ …and more!


With a fun multi-circuit format, the action never stops — keeping kids moving, challenged, and engaged.

Our small group size (max 15) ensures plenty of personal coaching to help each child improve form, build confidence, and grow stronger every week.

✨ Get your child moving, gaining strength and confidence in a fun environment that will set thme up for a lifetime of future sucess with their fitness and confidence.
