Our wildly popular ninja parkour obstacle course program has been a staple of CrossFit Bowmanville’s kids offerings… and now it’s finally stepping into the spotlight.
Introducing: PROJECT NINJA. This is the same high-energy program your kids love — now launching as its own brand with a bold identity, a community-first focus, and big things to come.
We’re throwing a launch party to celebrate, and you’re invited!
What to Expect

🔥 Obstacle Course Heats (Competition Runs)
Heats are grouped by age and run in 90-minute blocks
Each child gets ONE timed run on the course during their heat window
Kids can cheer each other on while enjoying warm-ups and walkthroughs
Max 24 kids per heat
Heat Schedule:
Ages 3–5: 10:30 AM
Ages 6–10: 12:00 PM
Ages 6-10: 1:30 PM
Precision: 3:00 PM
👉 All competitors also receive one indoor play pass
🧃 Free Play Sessions
30-minute indoor sessions available all day
Perfect for siblings, friends, or kids who just want to move & explore
