HOLD REQUEST


Some memberships as noted below are eligible for a membership hold.
While we do not offer short term holds (less than 4 weeks), we do provide resources to keep you active while you are travelling or do not have gym access.




Please provide 15 days notice to initiate a hold request.


 - 12 Month CrossFit Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks, up to a        maximum of 8 weeks in a calendar year. 
 - Recurring Personal Training Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 7 days, up to a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year.
