CrossFit Bowmanville is defined by three qualities: HONOR, PASSION & GROWTH. We show honor in all that we do as we pursue our passion of helping our members build a strong way of life physically, mentally and emotionally. 

We know it can be scary starting something new. But rest assured you are in good hands from the moment you walk inthe door. CrossFit classes are one hour in length. Everyday the W.O.D (workout of the day) changes. Workouts can include anything an everything from running, box jumps, skipping and Olympic lifts to gymnastic skills. That is what makes it fun, challenging and constantly helps the individual to improve their fitness.

CROSSFIT

Personal training is a great way to rapidly improve your CrossFit skills. Or if you are more interested in focusing on body composition changes like dropping body fat or putting on lean muscle, we can accelerate your results in that area for you. Each session is 60 minutes in length and is one-on-one with a coach.
