CrossFit Bowmanville is defined by three qualities: HONOR, PASSION & GROWTH. We show honor in all that we do as we pursue our passion of helping our members build a strong way of life physically, mentally and emotionally. 

CROSSFIT

We know it can be scary starting something new. But rest assured you are in good hands from the moment you walk in the door. We tailor the workout to your abilities and coach you all the way through the class. CrossFit classes are one hour in length. Everyday the W.O.D (workout of the day) changes. Workouts are full of variety. That is what makes it fun and constantly helps the individual to improve their fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is a great way to fast track your health and fitness goals. If you are interested in focusing on body composition changes like dropping body fat or putting on lean muscle, we can accelerate your results in that area for you. Each session is 30 or 60 minutes in length and is one-on-one with a coach.
