HOLD REQUEST
Some memberships as noted below are eligible for a membership hold.
While we do not hold "no term" memberships, we do provide resources to keep you active while you are travelling or do not have gym access.
Please provide 15 days notice to initiate a hold request.
- 12 Month CrossFit Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 14 days, up to a maximum of 6 weeks in a calendar year.
- Recurring Personal Training Memberships can be put on hold for a minimum of 7 days, up to a maximum of 6 weeks per calendar year.
